A clearer workplace service request workflow
Help facilities, HR and IT teams move employee requests from intake to resolution.
Give employees a useful starting point
An employee should not have to understand the organization chart to request help. Start with recognizable needs such as a room booking, equipment issue or workplace question. Ask only for the information needed to route the request. Atria Office brings these service entry points into a connected employee experience.
Make ownership visible
Each request needs a responsible team, a current status and an understandable next step. If work moves from facilities to IT, show that handoff rather than leaving the employee to start again. Internal notes and employee-facing updates serve different purposes; design them so the right information reaches each audience.
Connect bookings to operational rules
A room or shared resource is more than a free time slot. Capacity, equipment, access and preparation may affect the booking. Review these rules with the people managing the space. The aim is to make the reservation and the work it creates understandable together, including changes and cancellations.
Review recurring work as well as requests
Teams also manage maintenance, recurring checks and scheduled activities. Include these in the same discovery exercise so the system reflects the whole service workload. For an initial demonstration, walk through one employee request, one approval and one recurring task. This shows where a shared workspace can replace scattered follow-up.
